Mario Corea Aiello naci\u00f3 en Rosario en 1939. En 1962 se gradu\u00f3 en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral en Rosario, para luego trasladarse a Boston donde en 1964 recibe el t\u00edtulo de Master of Architecture in Urban Design. En Cambridge el arquitecto fue colaborador del estudio Sert, Jackson and Associates de 1962 a 1965, y en los dos a\u00f1os siguientes colabor\u00f3 en los estudios de Desmond and Lord y Paul Rudolph. En 1968 empieza su trayectoria acad\u00e9mica como docente del Instituto de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Planeamiento y dise\u00f1o en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, y en 1968 establece Arquitectos Asociados en la misma ciudad. En 1970 recibe el Diploma in Urban Studies de la Architectural Association de Londres.
\nEn el a\u00f1o 1976 Sert le ofrece trabajar en Barcelona. Ejerce de 1976 a 2007 como profesor en la Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Aquitectura del Vall\u00e8s de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya. Mario Corea Aiello was born in Rosario in 1939. In 1962 he graduated from Escuela de Arquitectura of Universidad Nacional del Litoralien Rosario, then he moved to Boston where in 1964 he received the title of Master of Architecture in Urban Design. In Cambridge he collaborated as an architect in the Studio Sert, Jackson and Associates from 1962 to 1965, and worked for two years in the Studio of Desmond and Lord and Paul Rudolph. In 1968 he started his academic career as a professor at the Instituto de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Planning and Design at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario and in 1968 he established Associates Architects in the same city. In 1970 he received the Diploma in Urban Studies at the Architectural Association in London.
\nIn 1976 Sert offered him a job in Barcelona. From 1976 to 2007 practiced as a professor at the Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Aquitectura del Vall\u00e8s de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya. In Barcelona, Corea joined his studio with architects Edgardo Mannino (1981-1991) and Francisco Garcia (1981-1997). From 1997-2000 established Mario Corea Architecture. In 2000 formed the Corea-Moran Architects Studio, with Llu\u00eds Mor\u00e1n (2000-2010).
\nIn 2010, he received the award A + to the trajectory and named as an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. In 2011, was nominated for Contemporary Architecture Prize of the European Union – Mies van der Rohe with Mollet General Hospital and Mario was awarded to the path of international architecture, awarded by the XIII Biennial of Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n
