Lara trabaja como ilustradora y directora de arte. Graduada en Dise\u00f1o de Moda por la Universidad BAU de Barcelona, en el a\u00f1o 2010. Paralelamente ha estudiado en la Universidad Central Saint Martins y en el Royal College de Londres, donde tuvo tambi\u00e9n la ocasi\u00f3n de trabajar con dise\u00f1adores de la talla de Ioannis Dimitrouisis, quien ha vestido a la mism\u00edsima Lady Gaga. En Par\u00eds, trabaj\u00f3 en el showroom de Alexander Wang. En Brasil ampli\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n en Dise\u00f1o y Artes Gr\u00e1ficas en la Universidad PUC de R\u00edo de Janeiro, mientras compaginaba sus estudios con trabajos de Ilustraci\u00f3n para grandes marcas del mercado brasile\u00f1o. De nuevo en Barcelona, curs\u00f3 un Postgrado de Ilustraci\u00f3n Creativa y Comunicaci\u00f3n Visual en la Universidad EINA, estableci\u00e9ndose como ilustradora freelance en un estudio de esta ciudad. Actualmente compagina sus trabajos de ilustraci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de arte con clases de docencia en la Universidad BAU de Barcelona, centro donde se form\u00f3, y colabora semanalmente en el programa \u201c\u00c1rea Link\u201d de RNE, Radio 4, compartiendo su pasi\u00f3n por la moda, el dise\u00f1o y la cultura visual en general.<\/p>\n

Lara simply loves any creative project! Back in 2006 she started her degree in Fashion Design at BAU (Barcelona). During this period she got heavily involved in the fashion industry, immersing herself in Barcelona, London and Paris Fashion Weeks, where she worked amongst various designers and stylists including Ioannis Dimitrousis, one of Lady Gaga’s stylists. But Lara’s tasters within the fashion world weren’t enough to satisfy her creative appetite and she decided to spread her wings and study Fine Arts and Graphic Design in Rio de Janeiro. After her time in South America Lara returned to Barcelona for more studying and to continue her creative journey as a graphic designer and illustrator. Nowadays, besides illustrating for various brands and publications Lara teaches Fashion Illustration and is also a trends collaborator for ‘Area Link’, a radio programme at the National Radio Station of Spain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
